4000 Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
By using the 4000 platform, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms are legally binding on both the user and 4000's management for the duration of platform use.
If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and should cease all activity on it immediately.
Account Creation & Security
Users are responsible for providing accurate and valid information when registering an account on 4000. Each account is strictly for the personal use of the registered user and must not be shared with any third party.
All activity carried out under a user's account is the full responsibility of the account holder. Users are advised to keep their login credentials confidential and to use a strong password.
In the event of any suspected account breach or unauthorised access, users must report it to the customer support team immediately so that appropriate security measures can be taken.
User Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. 4000's services are not available to individuals under 18 years of age or those in jurisdictions where such use is prohibited by local law.
Using the platform for any illegal activities, fraud, or actions that compromise the safety and integrity of the system is strictly prohibited.
4000 reserves the right to restrict or suspend any account found to be in violation of the terms and conditions and to take appropriate action accordingly.
Platform Usage Rules
Users must use the platform only in permitted ways. This includes adhering to fair-use practices such as refraining from cheating, operating multiple accounts, or using automated scripts or bots to manipulate outcomes.
4000 retains the exclusive right to modify, restrict, or terminate platform access without prior notice for any account found to be in breach of these rules.
Information provided by users must be accurate and kept up to date throughout the registration period. Errors or false information may result in account suspension or termination.
Payment & Transaction Information
All payment transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved methods available to Malaysia-based users, including Touch 'n Go, Boost, and local online banking.
4000 is not liable for transaction delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers. Users are encouraged to review their transaction records carefully and report any discrepancies as soon as possible.
All withdrawals will be processed in accordance with 4000's policy and are subject to conditions such as minimum withdrawal amounts and user identity verification.
Limitation of Liability
4000 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, loss of income, or damages arising from the use of the platform or any service interruption.
Users access the platform at their own risk and agree that all decisions made are their personal responsibility.
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services due to technical issues or maintenance without any liability for compensation.
User Account Policy
4000 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close a user's account in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or failure to comply with security policies.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to closure at the platform's discretion.
Account takeovers or the sale of accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and branding used on the 4000 platform are our exclusive property and/or that of the relevant rights holders, protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property law.
Any unauthorised use without written consent is strictly prohibited and will be subject to appropriate action.

The 4000 platform may contain links to third-party websites for users' convenience. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or services provided by those third parties.
Users are advised to read the terms of use of any third-party sites before interacting with or making transactions on them.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
4000 reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon being published to the platform unless otherwise stated.
Users are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions periodically to ensure continued compliance.
Malaysian law shall govern the interpretation and resolution of any disputes arising from the use of this platform.
